About us

We are a charismatic, evangelical church that meets in Horsham but also draws its' members from the surrounding area.  We are part of newfrontiers, a growing worldwide family of almost 500 churches, and members of the Evangelical Alliance.

Our vision is to see Jesus have supremacy
  • in our lives
  • in the church
  • in our community
  • and in the nations.

We believe God wants us to be involved with and shape every aspect of life; education, commerce, government, marriage, social care… so that others know about Him and come to love Him.

What to expect on a Sunday

You may be wondering what happens at one of our morning meetings!  Each week is different, but will probably include the following:

Worship:   We believe that the most important thing we can do is worship God, so we take 30-45 minutes, usually at the beginning of the meeting to do that through songs, prayers and readings from the Bible.  You are invited to join in or observe, stand or sit as you wish.  The collection of money is part of our worship and is invited from church members.  Please feel free to let the basket go by without embarrassment.

Children & Young People:  We also run a programme for children and youth from 0-18 years of age, this operates every Sunday during term time and presents the gospel and Christian principles in a clear, relevant and enjoyable way.

0-3 years 3-5 years
school years 1 - 6

Youth 11 - 18 years

Teaching:  There is practical teaching for about 30 minutes from a modern translation of the Bible, which we believe God fully inspired.

Prayer:  There is often opportunity to receive prayer for any personal need, including healing, at specific times in the meeting.  Even if you are not a Christian you can receive prayer.

Finish:  At the end of the meeting (about 12.15pm ) you are invited to join us for coffee in the dining hall nearby (follow everyone else!).

Cell Groups

“Cells” don't refer to groups that imprison you!  They are groups of approximately 8-16 people who share their lives together throughout the week.  Through them we can build closer friendships, grow as disciples of Jesus, care for one another, reach out to others and discover and use God-given gifts.

The life of the church is mostly worked out ‘on the ground’ in cells.  They are open to everyone whether you are a church member or not and whether you are a Christian or not.  They exist for adults and youth alike.
